Temple Square

This past Monday was Labor Day. Bob has been wanting to take the girls downtown and to Temple Square, so we thought Monday would be a good day to do that. The day started out quite stormy. It was a little chilly in the morning, but decided to go anyway. It stopped raining before we left, but was still a little overcast. It turned out to be a nice day. We started walking around the Temple and went to the two visitors centers. We watched a movie about Families.

We then went to The Joseph Smith Memorial Building. We went to the top floor to look at the city from so high. We then ate lunch at the Nauvoo Cafe there. We walked around a little more to look at the fountains. The girls seemed to have a lot of fun and I am glad that we went.
