Portland Children's Museum and Temple

On Thursday I met a friend and took the kids the Children's Museum.

The kids had fun playing in the grocery store, kitchen, aid station, digging pit, water, with trains, painting, and in the Bob the Builder display.

The girls have not watched Bob the Builder much and at first thought he was Handy Manny. They have a display with him saying "Yes we can". Soon the girls were also repeating it over and over.
I wanted to stay as long as the kids wanted to play because of the craziness in the hotel the previous day. We stayed quite awhile and they were pretty warn out at the end of the day. As soon as we got back to our hotel they fell asleep. We had a much better, more calm day today.Later that day we were driving around trying to find somewhere to eat and found the Portland Temple. We got out and walked around. It was pretty cold and dark, and R did not really have a fun time. The week before we went to the Draper Temple Open House and got to go inside the Temple. The girls wanted to go inside the Portland Temple and did not understand why they could not. It has been fun to go to different Temples, the kids have enjoyed walking around the grounds.
