The first characters we met were Pocahontas, Rafiki and Jiminy Cricket. They do not
really know who these guys are. We would try to get the girls to give the characters their books so that we could get a picture of them together. They would not even give them their books, they would give them to us and we had to do it. Sometimes they would go with us if we pulled them along to get a picture, but the girls would have to stand by us, and not the character. At first we had to get a picture of Pocahontas by herself, but the girls did warm up to her and even gave her the book for her to sign.

Next we saw Goofy and Pluto. They would not go up to get their picture unless I came with them.
We then found Pooh Bear and friends. The girls really liked Pooh Bear, especially H. He was really cute with her and she wanted to stay by him.

Eeyore was next. Apparently Bob really liked him, but R would not go by him.

Snow White was our first Princess we met. The girls went up to her pretty good with their books, but they had to have Bob with them. The Princesses are really cute with them. They talk really cute to them and play their part well.
Next we met Mickey. The girls were a little more comfortable with him, but still a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately this is were my camera went wiggy. We stood in line several times hoping we could get it to work better. We eventually had to come back a different day with a different camera to get a good picture.
After Mickey, we met the Incredibles. The girls did not want anything to do with them.
They were excited to see Handy Manny, but like the others were hesitant to give him their books and get their picture with him.

Apparently H warmed up to Mickey Mouse the second time we went to see him. When we left him he put his face against H's and made a kissing noise. I said "H, he gave you a kiss." and she said "and he tickled me too." I thought that was cute.

Cinderella was the first, and only character that R seemed excited to see and actually go up and talk to. Cinderella was really cute talking to the girls. I was really impressed with her.
We were able to go into a room and meet with some characters all by ourselves. We did not know who they would be until we went in. It was Mickey, Minnie and Goofy. When we first when in they were standing really still. The cast member said they needed to be wound up to work, and then they came alive. I think it scared the girls to see them all of a sudden move. They were pretty on edge with Mickey this time. Many times when the girls would not go up to the characters they would at least give them five. This time they would not even do that.It is interesting to see the girls different personalities. H warmed up to a couple of characters, while R did not really get into it. R really got excited when she saw the characters in the parades. I guess in person was just too much for her.
